"La Seurroise"

Starting from the beach campsite and moving downstream to the bridge island, you will then bypass the oxen island and navigate along the Hotel Dieu, Saint Martin church and the city wharfs. After changing tack, you will navigate on a branch of the Saône river without any commercial shipping. Once you have got past the Boileau and Ant islands, you will discover the Pouilly castle and then the Auvillars castle. A few kilometers later, you will reach a lovely village called Lechâtelet and the old lock. You will make a U-turn and navigate back to the campsite in order to enjoy a friendly picnic lunch on the bank of the Saône river.
